The rooms were beautiful and new. The Best part of our entire weekend was having the pleasure to have breakfast on the plaza and have Kristen Boardman wait on us. We have never in so many years had such an incredible, friendly, professional ever wait on us. She was smiling from ear to ear and just a fabulous person to wait on us first thing in the morning. She made our day. She needs to be in management for sure. Her middle name should be "customer service" What a great person to have on your team!!!!!! The spa/pool staff was also great.

We had the suite 443 and the adjoining room next to it. The rooms were beautiful and new but had a few issues. The hot and cold water in the shower was reversed. And a couple of other things that the front desk was quick to work on. We had a wonderful weekend. We will certainly be back to visit.

Extraordinary facility, beautiful rooms, great mountain.

The fact that the hotel wasn't busy enough to warrant opening the snack bar at the pool was an amazing disappointment. By all standards it was a poor year for snow at Snowbird. It is just completely outrageous that management decided to cut their losses at the expense of their loyal guests. With the poor snow, and warm weather the extended pool time really would have been improved with the staffing to allow for drinks, food and refreshments. The pool was packed with vacationers that were left out in the cold. Shameful.
